Marc Bredif Vouvray 2004
Out of Stock
"A classic vintage in the Loire Valley with a long, slow ripening season and an abundant crop. For sweet Chenins, 2004 is perhaps overshadowed by the super-concentrated and short ‘03’s and the benchmark ‘05’s. Nevertheless, some excellent wines were made which should age well." -- 4 stars, Very Good. Michael Broadbent
Marc Bredif Vouvray 2017
Marc Bredif is synonymous with producing outstanding Vouvray in the Loire Valley, this is the classic 2017, an excellent vintage which is just off-dry, full bodied, complex with slight hints of oiliness, profound and rich. Vouvray, made from Chenin Blanc, can be enjoyed now but this will also cellar for many years. Excellent with food or just on its own!
Secateurs Chenin Blanc 2017
This is outstanding, there are not many regions in the world that can rival the great Vouvray of the Loire Valley in France except South Africa. Full bodied, intense and rich with great concentration, power, finesse and yet very elegant. Everything is hand crafted, grape picking, viticulture and minimal wine making intervention. Of course this results in a wine that is complex, outstanding in its youth but also able to age for many years. Have it with fish, pork, chicken and veal. Will cellar for up to 10 years.
