Verdejo has always been one of the classical varieties planted across various regions for many years but the modern versions are just absolutely outstanding. This pale yellow wine sparkles clean and brilliant. With delicate citrus lemon nuances alongside touches of herbs and fruit, its mouthfeel is well-structured with long body and a good aftertaste. It exudes a pleasant freshness on the palate, round soft and unctuous. The finish is persistent, soft and elegant. Suitable with fish, rice dishes, vegetables and pasta.
