The fourth vintage of this outstanding Pinot Gris that offers great value for money. The wine is made in a dry, crisp almost Pinot Grigio style, on appearance, it is light green straw colour, the bouquet is unmistakeably Pinot Gris. On the palate it displays rich intense apple and fig characteristics with aromas of pear, at the same time with an incredibly oily middle palate which delivers a clean, crisp and persistent finish. Its minerally and great purity is reminiscent of a great Italian Pinot Grigio. Drink now or cellar for another 3 years.
