Pyramid Valley 'Eaton Family Vineyard' Pinot Noir 2007
Pyramid Valley have very quickly carved an enviable reputation both nationally and internationally, their wines are mostly single vineyard. The vineyards themselves are hilly, densely planted with unique soil compositions including clay-limestone, in essence perfect terroir to grow world class Pinot Noir.

"Good full red. Sappy aromas of red cherry, strawberry, blood orange, graphite and spices. Densely packed and sweet, with an urgent, sappy quality to the lush red fruit and licorice flavors. A fairly full and pliant style with excellent stuffing. Finishes with suave tannins and excellent length." 91 points
