Another superb example from the Discovery Point Stable, a classic Riesling that points more to Alsace than Germany, fairly but not completely dry, expressive with lovely texture, this is really food wine, vibrant, crisp with aromas of petrol and gun flint. It is difficult to find a Riesling that embraces texture, fruit and acidity while displaying balance and Discovery Point has it, it is drinking very well now due to is freshness and wonderful equilibrium but will also cellar for a few years, have it with fish or white meats, perfect.
