However there are still some outstanding producers that have kept and are keeping growing and making Sauvignon Blanc with care and attention. Churton would be one of those ones. This is really not your usual tutti frutti over the top lollipop, it’s concentrated, low cropped, expressive and balanced. Beautiful acidity, freshness and yet very much Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc could best describe Churton. Without doubt, one of the top producers in Marlborough.
