Classic Tuscany grape varieties which have undergone a revival over the last 15-20 years, in fact Vino Nobile di Montepulciano is starting to rival many Brunello di Montalcino at virtually half of the prices. Outstanding perfume of leather, sea salt, white truffle and lavender leading to a full bodied, very structured and layered palate. Even though it is quite approachable now it will develop for another 7-8 years and quite frankly at the price of $36.95 it offers outstanding value for money.
