After running out a few months ago we have just landed a brand new shipment from the excellent 2009 vintage. Made from 100% Chardonnay and no oak, it is all what you would expect from a junior white Burgundy, mineral, fresh and crisp yet with lovely texture and acidity. This is the perfect entry level to white Burgundy where terroir, vineyard and viticulture takes priority over wine making, the emphasis is always to get the best out of your vineyard and put it in a bottle. Excellent with cheese, white meats and fish.
