Classical Chablis from an outstanding vintage, nerve, minerality yet racy acidity defines this wine but still manages to deliver outstanding frontal fruit and mouth appeal. Flinty, crisp, outstanding minerality, dry herbs and grinded stones. 2008 produced some lovely Chablis with lovely fruit intensity. The wines are generally not overly alcoholic, with a good natural balance of superb acidity, and tremendous focus and purity. Drinking very well now but something that should be enjoyed over the next 3-4 years.
