This is a 1er Cru "Les Fournaux" one of the best sites in Savigny-les-Beaune where Simon Bize has had vineyard holdings for many years. Les Fournaux 1er Cru is quite different to the Aux Vergelesses, it is a lot more feminine, fragrant and fruity but still displaying terrific terroir, minerality and impeccable purity and focus.
