A classic vintage in Burgundy but unfortunately very small, 2010 it is what Burgundy is all about, lovely acidity, mineral and great structure. Aux Vergelesses one of the best 1 premier cru from Bize shows superb concentration and clarity. Forest floor and undergrowth with hints of lavender and wild flowers, specially violets, beautifully structured and focus with pin point accuracy, obviously very young at the moment but will develop for the next 10 years plus.
