Domaine Dujac is without doubt one of the top producers in Burgundy. His wines can be found in top restaurants throughout the world. The Domaine farms 32 acres in 11 appellations, including five grands crus. Chambolle Musigny situated in the Cétes du Nuits (the northern part of Burgundy) synonymous with making among the very best wines in the world from the Pinot Noir grape. As an appellation it produces one of the softest wines in Burgundy, the 2004 vintage is a little on the young side but it epitomises Chambolle Musigny in being soft with a lovely texture, succulence and tremendous offerings of game, wild cepes, violets and forrest floor. An almost total natural wine that is pure and focused and will cellar for up to 10 years.
